In case of 15-day money back and cancellation, ONLY the principal amount will be refunded to the customer. Customers won’t get the Kulthiaa contribution.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days in the same account that the contribution has been made from.
Others
In case of demise of the enrolling individual, the nominee will be eligible to receive the amount. The nominee has to submit required documents to transfer the PoP! Balance to themselves.
